“Our wedding at Normanton Park Gardens honestly felt like something out of a fairy tale. The moment we arrived and saw the views over Rutland Water, we knew we’d picked the perfect spot. The lake and gardens are so peaceful and beautiful — it created the most magical setting for the whole day. Our guests were blown away too”
“What really stood out, though, was the team at Normanton. From planning right through to the big day, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and having that support meant we could actually relax and just enjoy ourselves. It made all the difference.
The spaces themselves were gorgeous. Each part of the day flowed so nicely — from the ceremony to drinks to the reception overlooking the lake. The gardens were picture-perfect, and the whole place just had this warm, welcoming feel.
The food and service were fantastic as well. Everything looked and tasted amazing, and our guests with different dietary needs were all really well looked after. And we’ve got to give a special shoutout to the bar — it had so much character, and the local beers were a huge hit.
Looking back, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The setting was stunning, the staff were wonderful, and it all came together to give us the most unforgettable day. We’ll always be so grateful to the team at Normanton Park Gardens for helping make our wedding so special”
